Switzerland's Cannabis Cup since 1998

The CannaSwissCup 2025/26 goes International

  • The CannaSwissCup was previously only accessible for CBD cannabis produced in Switzerland. We have received more and more inquiries from producers across Europe who would like to participate in the CannaSwissCup with their products.
  • Therefore, we have decided to open the CannaSwissCup 2025/26 to international participants.
  • Interested producers can register their varieties in the Indoor, Outdoor, Greenhouse, and Hash categories until December 31, 2025, using the registration form with the CannaSwissCup Association. The terms and conditions can be found under Terms and Conditions.
  • The registered varieties must be delivered to CannaSwissCup by mid-January, portioned in 1g units. Each producer submits 950g of material per registered variety to the association.
  • The varieties will be tested by the CannaSwissCup Association in a certified laboratory for compliance with the THC limit, pesticides, and synthetic cannabinoids.
  • At several VIP Jury Days, independent cannabis connoisseurs will test the varieties and select those that will be featured on the CannaSwissCup Jury Cards.
  • The selected varieties will be packaged by the CannaSwissCup Association and mounted on 850 Weed and 850 Hash Jury Cards.
  • The CannaSwissCup Jury Cards will be sold to interested consumers from mid-February via the CannaSwissCup website and in cannabis shops.
  • By purchasing a Jury Card, one becomes a member of the CannaSwissCup Jury and can test the submitted varieties and help determine which varieties will be awarded prizes at the Award Show on May 30, 2026, as part of CannaTrade. Every jury member who has voted automatically participates in a raffle for a trip to Amsterdam and other prizes.
  • The top three places in each category will receive one of the coveted trophies and also a logo with their rank, which they can use without restriction.
  • All participating producers will receive a cannabinoid and terpene extract. They will also be listed with their logo and all company details on the website www.cannaswisscup.ch and the social media channels instagram.com/cannaswisscup and facebook.com/cannaswisscup of the CannaSwissCup.
